Pipeline is the product.

A staffing firm is a sales-driven business. IZT Frontline runs the outbound; our technical practice covers the connectivity your recruiters work over and the candidate data your enterprise clients ask about.

Where we fit

A staffing firm is a sales business that happens to place people.

Every requisition starts with a client who said yes, and someone has to go get that yes. IZT Frontline builds and runs that outbound with embedded, US-based sales teams. Execution starts in week 2 rather than after a discovery phase, and it is measured in closed revenue, not meetings booked. Sales OS is the product that fits here: direct-to-buyer outbound for non-tech B2B, which is exactly what a staffing agreement is.

Your prospects meet your team. It happens to be ours. On the sales side the work runs under your name, and a prospect never learns a partner was involved.

The technical practice works the opposite way on purpose: named engagements and signed deliverables, attributable to IZT TECH, because a client or an auditor may end up reading them. The contrast is deliberate, and both halves of it are features.

The engagement

What the work actually looks like.

Outbound that runs every week

New logos come from daily activity, not from a push between placements when a desk finally has room. An embedded team works the phones under your name: operators, not advisors. Your closers can keep placing.

Targeting before dialling

Your verticals, your geographies and the titles that actually sign a staffing agreement, all agreed before the first call goes out. Week 2 is spent selling rather than guessing.

Recruiters in four cities and a spare room

Every desk expects the same access to the same systems, whether it sits in a branch or a kitchen. Circuit, redundancy and access design for distributed and remote recruiters: designed, documented, handed back.

Candidate data, and the questions it invites

Résumés are personally identifiable information (PII), and enterprise clients send their staffing vendors questionnaires that expect a real answer. Segmentation and access design around candidate data, plus a straight read on the questionnaire itself.

Why independent matters

Named engagements. Signed deliverables.

Vendor-neutral by design. We are not tied to one vendor’s stack, so the design starts from what the site actually needs. If the design in front of you is already sound, we’ll say so and go home.

Work is attributable to IZT TECH and never white-labelled. That matters here. The deliverable usually gets read by somebody else: a client, a board, an auditor. An anonymous document carries no more weight than the opinion of whoever is holding it.

Where we hand off

When it turns into software, or into phones.

Integrating your applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM, or building the tooling that sits around them, is our sister division IZT APPS. Phone systems for a recruiting floor are IZT CLOUD. IZT TECH designs and advises; they build and provide. We’ll say plainly when the answer belongs to them, and the technical side is scoped the way every other IZT TECH engagement is. Technology firms buy the sales work for the same reason staffing firms do, and our technology page covers it from that side.

We’re here for you, so you can focus on what matters.
