  1. IZT acquires The Audible, adding Sales as a Service

    The Audible joins IZT and brings embedded, US-based sales teams that run a client’s outbound directly. Operators rather than advisors, measured in closed revenue rather than activity. Its offerings are MSP OS, Channel OS and Sales OS.

  2. InZernet Technologies re-incorporates as four business units

    InZernet Technologies, LLC re-incorporated as a corporation and split into four independent but collaborative business units. InZernet Technologies, Inc. became the holding company for IZT CLOUD, Inc., IZT TECH, Inc. and IZT APPS, Inc.

  3. IZT acquires Harker Technologies

    IZT acquired Harker Technologies of Three Rivers, Michigan, a long-standing partner in our Cloud Voice solution. The acquisition deepened the company’s roots in Southwest Michigan. Harker had built a reputation for device repair and technical support in the region.

    Archived announcement. The device-repair and hardware-lab services described at the time have since been discontinued, and IZT TECH now operates as a consulting group.
